Day 01: Arrival in Casablanca
Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at Casablanca Airport, your private driver/guide will greet you and begin your journey with a tour of Casablanca, the country’s economic capital. Start with a visit to the Hassan II Mosque, perched on the edge of the Atlantic and one of the largest and most impressive mosques in the world. Walk along the Corniche for a view of the coastline and take in Casablanca's Art Deco architecture. You may also have time to visit the Habous Quarter or explore local markets depending on your arrival time. Enjoy your first night at a comfortable riad or hotel. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.
Day 02: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen
After breakfast, depart Casablanca for Rabat, Morocco's capital. Visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas. Continue your journey through the Rif Mountains to the enchanting blue town of Chefchaouen. Upon arrival, stroll through the medina's winding blue-washed alleys and enjoy the mountain scenery. Chefchaouen's calm ambiance and charming character make it a true gem. Settle into your traditional riad and relax for the evening. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.
Day 03: Chefchaouen Exploring Day
Enjoy a full day to explore Chefchaouen, the "Blue Pearl" of Morocco. This serene mountain town is perfect for wandering, with its tranquil squares, art galleries, and cascading fountains. Visit the Plaza Uta el-Hammam, the kasbah, and the Spanish Mosque for a panoramic view over the town. You can also enjoy a leisurely lunch in one of the many rooftop restaurants offering views of the Rif Mountains. Take time to shop for local handicrafts like wool garments, woven blankets, and natural dyes. Return to your riad to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.
Day 04: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
After breakfast, depart Chefchaouen for the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the well-preserved mosaics, basilicas, and triumphal arches. Then continue to Meknes, one of Morocco's imperial cities, where you’ll visit Bab Mansour, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and the old royal stables. After lunch, drive onward to Fes, the spiritual and cultural heart of Morocco. Upon arrival, check into your traditional riad in the historic medina and enjoy a relaxing evening. Day 05: Full Day Exploring Fes
Discover the rich history of Fes with a full-day guided tour. Explore the UNESCO-listed Fes el-Bali, the oldest and most vibrant medina in Morocco. Visit Al Karaouine Mosque and University, Medersa Bou Inania, the tanneries, and the Nejjarine Fountain. After lunch, see the Royal Palace gates and the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), then visit a local pottery cooperative. Conclude the day with a panoramic view of the medina from a nearby fortress. Overnight at your riad with Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.
Day 06: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
Begin your journey south, traveling through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known for its alpine-style architecture, and continue to Azrou's cedar forest, home to Barbary macaques. Enjoy lunch in Midelt before descending through the Ziz Valley, a stunning palm-filled gorge. Pass through Erfoud, known for its fossils and date palms, and reach the edge of the Sahara in Merzouga. Enjoy a welcome mint tea at your riad. Settle in for dinner and a restful night. Half-Board (HB) included.
Day 07: Merzouga Exploration Day and Camel Ride
Spend the morning exploring the desert surroundings. Visit the Gnawa village of Khamlia for traditional music, discover the seasonal lake of Merzouga, and shop in Rissani’s bustling souk. In the afternoon, prepare for an unforgettable camel trek into the golden Erg Chebbi dunes. Watch the sun set as you ride into the Sahara and arrive at your luxury desert camp. Enjoy a delicious Moroccan dinner, live Berber music around the campfire, and a night under the stars. Overnight at Palmyra Luxury Camp or similar. Half-Board (HB) included.
Day 08: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Rise early for a breathtaking sunrise over the dunes, then return to Merzouga for breakfast and a shower. Head west toward the dramatic Todra Gorges, where towering limestone cliffs rise above a lush palm valley. Take time to walk through the gorge and enjoy lunch nearby. Continue along the road of a thousand kasbahs to reach Dades Valley, known for its beautiful rock formations and fortified villages. Spend the night at Chez Ichou, Dar Rihana, or a similar guesthouse. Half-Board (HB) included.
Day 09: Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Ait Ben Haddou – Tichka Pass – Marrakech
Travel from Dades Valley through the fragrant Rose Valley, known for rosewater and cosmetics production. Pass through Skoura oasis and reach Ouarzazate, the gateway to the Sahara. Visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed fortified village and iconic film location. After lunch, drive over the majestic Tizi n’Tichka Pass through the High Atlas Mountains. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Check in to Riad and relax. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.
Day 10: Full Day Exploring Marrakech
Enjoy a full-day guided tour of the Red City. Begin at Jemaa El Fna square, then visit the Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, and Ben Youssef Madrasa. Stroll through the colorful souks filled with spices, lanterns, and artisan crafts. In the afternoon, visit the tranquil Majorelle Garden and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. Optionally explore Gueliz, the modern side of Marrakech. Return to your riad for the evening. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.
Day 11: Free Day in Marrakech (Optional Activities)
Today is yours to enjoy Marrakech at your own pace. Relax at your riad, shop for souvenirs in the medina, or unwind at a traditional hammam spa. For a more immersive experience, join a Moroccan cooking class where you’ll learn to prepare classic dishes like tagine and couscous. Alternatively, explore nearby attractions like the Palmeraie by quad bike or horse carriage. This day is a perfect balance of rest and personalized adventure. Day 12: Departure Day – Marrakech Airport Transfer
Enjoy a relaxed morning in Marrakech. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for some last-minute shopping or a final cup of mint tea. Your driver will transfer you to Marrakech Menara Airport in time for your departure.
