A rare, unhurried north-to-south exploration spanning twenty-one days, designed to reveal Morocco in its entirety—its landscapes, cultures, and stories woven into one expansive journey.

Day 01: Arrival in Casablanca - Rabat

Welcome to Morocco! Upon your arrival, your personal driver/guide will greet you at the airport to begin your journey. Start with a visit to the grand Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, one of the largest in the world and a stunning example of modern Islamic architecture. Afterward, drive to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Explore Rabat’s historical highlights including the impressive Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the ancient Roman ruins of Chellah, and the beautiful Oudayas Kasbah overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. In the evening, check in to your accommodation in the medina. Enjoy your first night in Morocco with Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.

Day 02: Rabat – Assilah – Chefchaouen via Tangier or Tetouan

After breakfast in Rabat, you’ll head north toward the Rif Mountains, with a beautiful coastal detour to Assilah, a quiet seaside town known for its whitewashed medina, vibrant murals, and relaxed artistic vibe. A short stroll through its charming old town offers a glimpse into coastal Moroccan life with Portuguese influences. From here, continue your journey with a brief stop in Tangier or Tetouan—both rich in history and culture. Tangier, perched on the Strait of Gibraltar, has long inspired artists and writers, while Tetouan offers a taste of Andalusian flair with its UNESCO-listed medina. By late afternoon, arrive in Chefchaouen, the enchanting blue town nestled in the Rif. Wander through its serene, indigo-hued alleyways and enjoy the calm energy of this mountain hideaway. Settle into your traditional riad and relax for the evening.

Day 03: Chefchaouen Exploration Day

Enjoy a full day to explore Chefchaouen, the "Blue Pearl" of Morocco. This serene mountain town is perfect for wandering, with its tranquil squares, art galleries, and cascading fountains. Visit the Plaza Uta el-Hammam, the kasbah, and the Spanish Mosque for a panoramic view over the town. You can also enjoy a leisurely lunch in one of the many rooftop restaurants offering views of the Rif Mountains. Take time to shop for local handicrafts like wool garments, woven blankets, and natural dyes. Return to your riad to relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.

Day 04: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, depart Chefchaouen for the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the well-preserved mosaics, basilicas, and triumphal arches that tell the story of Roman presence in Morocco. Continue to Meknes, one of Morocco's imperial cities, where you’ll visit Bab Mansour, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and the old royal stables. After lunch, travel onward to Fes, the spiritual and cultural heart of Morocco. Upon arrival, check into your traditional riad in the historic medina and enjoy a relaxing evening. Day 05: Full Day Exploring Fes

Discover the rich history of Fes with a full-day guided tour. Explore the UNESCO-listed Fes el-Bali, the oldest and most vibrant medina in Morocco. Visit Al Karaouine Mosque and University, Medersa Bou Inania, the tanneries, and the Nejjarine Fountain. After lunch, see the Royal Palace gates and the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), then visit a local pottery cooperative. Conclude the day with a panoramic view of the medina from a nearby fortress. Return to your riad for a peaceful evening and reflect on the city's ancient spirit. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.

Day 06: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar Forest – Midelt

Depart Fes and begin your journey toward the High Atlas region. Stop first in Ifrane, a charming town with alpine-style architecture often referred to as the "Switzerland of Morocco." Continue to Azrou and the Cedar Forest, where you might spot Barbary macaques among the trees. Travel on through dramatic mountain landscapes to reach Midelt, a small town nestled between the Middle and High Atlas Mountains. Enjoy the fresh mountain air, rest, and prepare for your descent into the desert landscapes the following day. Dinner and overnight included. Half-Board (HB).

Day 07: Midelt – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga

After breakfast, drive through the Ziz Valley, known for its sweeping palm groves and dramatic gorges. Pass through Errachidia and Erfoud, regions famous for fossil discoveries and bustling date markets. As the landscape changes, enter the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Upon arrival in Merzouga, enjoy a welcome mint tea and check into your desert lodge. Spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring the surrounding area at your leisure. Day 08: Merzouga Exploration and Camel Trek

Today begins with an exploration of the desert villages around Merzouga. Visit the Gnawa village of Khamlia for live traditional music, explore seasonal lakes, and visit the Rissani market. In the afternoon, set off by camel into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy the changing colors of the sand as the sun sets behind the horizon. Arrive at your luxury desert camp and settle in for an unforgettable night under the stars. Enjoy traditional Moroccan cuisine, Berber music, and the peaceful stillness of the Sahara. Day 09: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

Wake early to witness the spectacular desert sunrise. After breakfast at the camp, return to Merzouga and begin the journey toward Todra Gorges. Explore the towering canyon walls carved by centuries of flowing water, and enjoy lunch in the nearby town. Continue along the scenic Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to reach the dramatic landscapes of Dades Valley. This region is known for its red rock formations, fortified villages, and beautiful views. Relax and enjoy dinner at your guesthouse. Half-Board (HB) included.

Day 10: Dades Valley – Rose Valley – Ouarzazate – Agdez

After breakfast, travel through the fragrant Rose Valley, famous for its damask rose products. Pass through Skoura's lush palm groves and visit the movie studios or Kasbah Taourirt in Ouarzazate. Continue toward Agdez, a charming oasis town located at the gateway to the Draa Valley. Arrive and settle into your accommodation for a restful evening surrounded by palm groves and kasbahs. Day 11: Agdez – Tazenakht – Taliouine – Tafraoute

Journey southwest from Agdez through a series of picturesque Berber villages and rugged landscapes. Stop at Tazenakht, known for its artisan Berber rugs, then continue to Taliouine, Morocco’s saffron capital. Enjoy scenic mountain views en route to Tafraoute, nestled among pink granite boulders in the Anti-Atlas. Check into your accommodation for a two-night stay in this tranquil, lesser-explored region. Day 12: Full Day in Tafraoute

Spend the day discovering Tafraoute and its surrounding landscapes. Explore the painted rocks, the Ameln Valley, and nearby traditional Berber villages. After breakfast, depart for Taroudant, often called "Little Marrakech" for its rich history and city walls. Upon arrival, explore its bustling souks, ancient ramparts, and charming squares. Day 14: Taroudant – Agadir – Essaouira

Travel north along the scenic coastal route via Agadir, a modern seaside city. Pause to enjoy ocean views or a quick stroll along the Corniche. Day 15: Full Day in Essaouira

Spend a relaxing day discovering more of Essaouira’s charm. Walk along the beach, browse local art galleries, or enjoy a cup of tea in a seaside café. You might visit the Jewish Quarter or participate in a surf or kiteboarding session. Essaouira’s laid-back vibe and mix of cultural influences make it an ideal place to unwind. Explore its narrow alleys filled with musicians, local crafts, and unique boutiques. In the evening, watch the sunset over the Atlantic before returning to your riad. Day 16: Free Day in Essaouira

Enjoy a free day at your leisure. You can relax by the beach, book a spa treatment, or dive deeper into the medina’s artisan shops. This is your moment to rest and recharge. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.

Day 17: Essaouira – Marrakech

Depart Essaouira after breakfast and return to Marrakech. Upon arrival, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You may revisit your favorite spots or discover something new in the medina. Optional hammam or spa experience available. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.

Day 18: Full Day in Marrakech

Spend a full day exploring the Red City of Marrakech. Begin in the bustling Jemaa El Fna square, then visit the Koutoubia Mosque, the Saadian Tombs, and the intricately decorated Bahia Palace. Continue to Ben Youssef Madrasa, once an Islamic college known for its stunning architecture. Wander the vibrant souks filled with spices, lamps, leather goods, and traditional crafts. In the afternoon, visit the peaceful Majorelle Garden and nearby Yves Saint Laurent Museum. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.

Day 19: Free Day in Marrakech (Optional Activities)

Enjoy a final free day to experience Marrakech as you choose. Perhaps join a cooking class, book a guided tour of the Palmeraie by camel, or explore nearby gardens and museums. A farewell dinner can be arranged upon request. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.

Day 20: Marrakech – Casablanca

Drive to Casablanca for your final night in Morocco. Enjoy a seaside dinner or take in the city’s modern flair and final shopping. Bed and Breakfast (BB) included.

Day 21: Departure Day

Enjoy a relaxed morning in Casablanca. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for some last-minute shopping or a final cup of mint tea. Your driver will transfer you to Casablanca Airport in time for your departure.
